Added an option on the Configure/Misc page to select different types of
Menu Look. You now gave a choice of Office97, Internet Explorer 4 and
None (just plain old menus). This was added because with WinNT if you
select the "Edit Menu", the program will crash (oops), so the "None"
option is for all of the WinNT users.

Changed some of the insert functions to not check if you have selected
some text. i.e. if you want to insert a tag for bold then if no text is
selected then you will just get the <b></b> and the
cursor will be placed in the middle of them.
